Reservation Process

  1. Enter the required information in the reservation form and submit.
  2. You will receive an automated response acknowledging your reservation. (At this point, your reservation has not yet been confirmed.)
  3. Email will be sent by the staff of our salon confirming your reservation. (Reservation confirmation email will be sent to you by 15:00 on the next business day.)

We recommend entry of three choices for date and time.
Reservation is accepted for the time and date between 2 days from today up to 60 days later.

# Please acknowledge that 30 to 60 minutes of extra time will be necessary, in addition to the beauty treatment time indicated, for beauty counseling and for you to change clothes, put on makeup, etc.
We recommend you plan your reservation with extra time allowance.

<About Reservations>

  • Our salon is for women only.
  • Please make your reservation at least two days in advance of your preferred date.※For same-day or previous-day reservations, please contact us by phone.
  • The last appointment time varies depending on the course selected.
  • If you have a Gift Ticket or Special Invitation, please enter the six-digit number printed on the upper right corner on the back of your ticket in the “Comments / Requests” field of the reservation form.
  • Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. the day before your appointment.※Please note that a cancellation fee will apply after this time.
  • Treatment rooms cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
  • A confirmation email will be sent by our staff by 3:00 p.m. on the next business day. If you do not receive it, please contact us by phone.
    ※Please note that the automated reply email is not a confirmation of your reservation.

<About Your Health Condition>

  • The following guests are required to obtain permission from their physician before receiving treatment:
    (Pregnant guests, guests who have recently given birth, or those with heart disease, varicose veins, diabetes, asthma, or any other medical conditions requiring regular treatment.)
  • The following guests cannot be accepted for treatment:
    (Those with fever, after alcohol consumption or meals, epilepsy, infectious diseases such as athlete’s foot or herpes, or immediately after sun exposure.)
  • Guests who have received a vaccination within one week.
  • Guests who have received facial or décolleté treatments at a cosmetic clinic within the past month, or who are scheduled to receive such treatment within two weeks of the reservation date.
  • Guests who have had facial or décolleté shaving should schedule their reservation at least one week before or after the shaving date.
  • Please note that our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions or symptoms.

<Cancellations and Changes>

  • If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by phone by 4:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled visit.
  • Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full course fee still applicable.
  • Appointments delayed by more than 20 minutes without notice may be regarded as cancellations.

No notification / No-show 100% of service fee

※For guests using a Gift Ticket: If we do not receive any notice and you do not arrive by your scheduled appointment time, the gift ticket will become invalid.

※Please note that if you are unable to comply with the above terms, or if cancellations or rescheduling occur repeatedly, we may kindly decline future reservations.We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
